About the B&B/apartment
The beautifully decorated b&b/apartment has its own front door which enters into the kitchen. Outside the kitchen door there is a terras where you can have your cups of tea and coffee, meals and wine (weather allowing).
There are various parts of an English country garden which are for your use.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one room is the main bedroom and the other room which has two single beds, ideal for children or intimate friends. This room has a double function as it can also be used as a
sittingroom.
On the landing there is a shower room with a shower, sink and loo. When four people are staying in the b&b/apartment it is possible to use the bathroom in the main house which is just "BEHIND THE DOORS", see photo just under this text.
Farmhouse De Hoeve is very spacious inside and out and although this is a bed and breakfast accomodation it does not mean that you have to evacuate the house every day, you are welcome to just chill out the whole day reading a book or whatever. Farmhouse De Hoeve b&b/apartment is surrounded by countryside, it is quiet and relaxed and a lovely place just to enjoy.
There are two bikes for your use. There is free access to WIFI. If you need it then it is possible to use our washing machine.
Tourist tax is €1,86 p.p. per night.
Breakfast is certainly possible, I ask very little for a delicious breakfast, I can't justify asking lots of money for it. I just need to cover the costs. For two people I ask €8.50 p.p. and for four people I ask for €6.50 p.p.

THE KITCHEN
Downstairs is a decent sized kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob. Wendy is a cook so understands the importance of a well fitted out kitchen.
As mentioned before Wendy doesn't provide breakfast but for €8.50 p.p. or €6.50p.p. it is possible. (please read above).
There is WIFI in the kitchen.
No smoking inside the guesthouse please.
SITTING/BEDROOM
This room (25 m²) has a 'fusion atmosphere', a bit like Wendys style of cooking ! The room is colourful and as already mentioned can double up as an extra bedroom.
The photos above show the room made up as a bedroom and as a sitting room.
There is a television which gets amongst other channels BBC1, BBC 2 & BBC First .

PRICES
If more than two people come and you would like to use this room as a bedroom then the price of the room for two nights or longer is €80,00 per night
Babies 0-2 yrs are free and there is a cot.
Children 2-16 yrs pay €20,00 per bed (so not for the whole room and a nice discount. )
THE BEDROOM
This large (28 m²) and elegantly decorated
bedroom has a king sized (1.80 x 2.00) boxspring
bed with luxurious linen from "The White Company"
It is possible if one looks out of the window through the espaliered lime trees and over the fields to see beautiful Zutphen.
There is WIFI in the bedroom.

If you would like to rent the whole B&B the
Price of this room for 2 nights or longer is
€130,00 per night.
